Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2662544A2] The oil sump (1) has a suction line (6), which is made of plastic and is integrated in the oil sump. A receptacle (10) is provided on a suction line cover (6c) or between upwardly projecting sump base-sided guide wall sections (6a) and the suction line cover. A screen (9), which is formed in a partially plate-shaped manner, is aligned, accommodated and held, particularly detachably held in an ejection direction of the oil sump or the suction line cover. A wall of the suction line is directly formed by a sump base (2). An independent claim is included for a screen assembly provided in the area of an inlet opening of a suction line arranged in an oil sump.
