Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2476530A1] The admixture piece (100) has a mixing section for guiding a pumpable mixture. An opening (103) that opens out into the mixing section is attached to a wall of the piece for feeding an admixture into the mixing section. A sealing element establishes fluid-tight connection between the piece and a mixing device. The sealing element is provided as an axial seal i.e. tubular sealing lip (110), with respect to a longitudinal axis of the piece. The axial seal is arranged at a front side of a flange (105). A single-piece cast body is made of plastic with hardness of 50-120 shore-A. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a housing element of a mixing device for controlled metering of an admixture into a pumpable mixture i.e. pumpable hydraulic hardening mixture e.g. sprayed concrete composite (2) a set including a tubular admixture piece and a housing element.
