[origin: WO2013132026A1] The present invention relates to a joint device (9) for retaining a signpost (95) or the like, comprising a first member (1) that can be connected to a substructure (99) and a second member (2) that can be connected to a base section (96a) of the signpost (95). A joint connection (3) connects the first member (1) to the second member (2) in such a way that the second member (2) can be moved relative to the first member (1) between an aligned position and a tilted position. A restoring unit (4), which comprises an elastic element (40) and a deforming element (45) for interaction with the elastic element (40), restores the two members (1, 2) in the direction of the aligned position. The elastic element (40) is accommodated in an inner pipe receptacle (25), which is removed in the first member (1) and the second member (2).
