A shears-like opening element (7) that can be actuated by means of a motor drive device (6) is mounted on the base part, said shears-like element comprising a connecting member (8) for connecting to the sash (3), the connecting member (8) being a driving rod connecting element (9). The locking device (4) can be brought into a locking position and an unlocking position by means of the motor drive device (6). The invention is characterised in that the base part (5) comprises a housing (10) that receives the motor drive device (6), the motor drive device (6) being formed by a spindle (18), a spindle nut (19), a driving element (20) and a transmission motor (21).
