The arrangement (100) according to the invention further has at least one segment (6, 16) that is connected to the spacer (5) for receiving lines (7) and/or lighting means and/or for ventilating and/or exhausting the intermediate space. Said at least one segment (6, 16) that is connected to the spacer (5) projects into the intermediate space (10) of the flat transparent elements (1, 2) such that at least one physically separate region (11a, 11b) is formed for receiving said components.
