[origin: WO2012126821A1] The invention discloses an apparatus for actively ventilating built-in components of a withdrawable part of a switchgear cabinet, which apparatus comprises a withdrawable part and a switchgear cabinet having compartment dividing walls which form at least one compartment for accommodating the withdrawable part, wherein the withdrawable part comprises a fan housing having at least one fan, wherein one of the compartment dividing walls comprises a fan shaft having an opening. In the installation position of the withdrawable part in the switchgear cabinet, the fan housing and the fan shaft form a tight connection in terms of flow, and the fan shaft additionally comprises a hinged cover which can close or at least partially uncover the opening in the fan shaft and is in the form of a non-return valve which allows only a flow in the direction out of the compartment of the withdrawable part.
