An on-base (9) enclosure (1) for equipment (2) is disclosed. The on-base enclosure (1) has walls attached to a base (9) for equipment (2) such that the walls (5) are attached to the base (9) at a distance away from the base (9). By providing the walls (5) away from the base (9), more room is provided around the equipment (2) within the enclosure (1).
