[origin: WO2012097465A2] The invention relates to a three-armed pivoting system (S), the two upper pivoting arms (1b) forming a V-shape and representing part of a parallelogram and the lower arm being a single, central-lying pivoting arm (1a) that represents the second part of the parallelogram. The active cylinder (2) is aided by a pneumatic spring (4,4a) and safety netting (27) for protecting personnel covers the gap between the vehicle (14) and the platform (8) that can be optionally horizontally adjusted. The active cylinder (2) has a lifting sensor (36) which is connected to the controller (31) and the offset position of the active cylinder (2) in relation to the console (3) and of the fixing point to the pivoting arm (1a) or support (5) produces an improved lifting force.
