Abstract (en)

The bed (1) has a brake (43) comprising a locking position in which the brake blocks rotation of a rod (36) with respect to a foot bar (7), and a releasing position in which the brake allows the rotation of the rod. A movable pedal (47) is mounted between an inactive position in which the pedal maintains brake of a sloping device in a sloping position and a coupling lock (31) of the sloping device in a coupled position, and an active position in which the pedal releases the brake of the sloping device and places the lock of a proclive device (18) in a disconnected position.

Lit (1) médicalisé équipé d'un bâti (2) et d'un sommier (3), ce lit (1) étant en outre équipé : - d'un dispositif (4) de réglage de la hauteur du sommier (3) ; - d'un dispositif (18) proclive comprenant un compas et un actionneur (30) commandant le mouvement du compas (19) par l'intermédiaire d'un accouplement (31) débrayable, - d'un dispositif (35) déclive comprenant et une bielle (36) et un frein - d'un système (46) de commande d'urgence, qui comprend une transmission (48) mécanique et une pédale (47) de commande mobile entre : - une position inactive dans laquelle la pédale (47) maintient le frein (43) du dispositif (35) déclive dans une position de verrouillage et l'accouplement (31) du dispositif proclive dans une position embrayée, - une position active dans laquelle la pédale (47) libère le frein (43) et place l'accouplement (31) dans une position débrayée.
