Abstract (en)
The furnace (1) has a blower producing an airflow (L) circulating inside the furnace. A conveyor belt (3) i.e. chain conveyor, continuously conveys light metal components (2) through the furnace. A heat source e.g. electric heater, heats the light metal components by the airflow in the furnace by convection in a temperature between 200 degree Celsius and 450 degree Celsius. One of the light metal components entering the furnace, and the other light metal components exiting from the furnace are constructed as a barrier for hindering escaping of the airflow from the furnace. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for thermal treatment of light metal components in a furnace (2) a method for operating a furnace.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Ofenanlage (1) sowie ein Verfahren zum Betreiben der Ofenanlage (1), wobei mit einem getakteten oder kontinuierlichen Transportprozess Leichtmetallbauteile (2) durch die Ofenanlage (1) befördert werden und innerhalb der Ofenanlage (1) mittels einer Luft- oder Gasströmung (L) erwärmt und ggf. abgekühlt werden. Dazu erfolgt eine kontinuierliche Luft-/Gaszirkulation, wobei der Luft- oder Gasstrom die Platinen überströmt und dabei erwärmt sowie ggf. abkühlt. Erfindungsgemäß bilden jeweils die in die Ofenanlage (1) eintretenden und aus der Ofenanlage (1) austretenden Platinen eine Dichtfunktion aus, so dass die in der Ofenanlage (1) zirkulierte Luft-/Gasströmung nicht aus dieser entweicht.
