Abstract (en)
The lid (1) has a circulating downwardly directed edge (3) attached to a conic inner lid surface (2), where the lid is made of a paper or a paper-like material using a modified process or a deep-drawn process. Edge embossments (4, 5) extend horizontally or vertically and function as detents. The lid exhibits a round-, oval-, angular- or rounded off shape, where a height of the lid lies within a range of 8-20 mm. The embossments vertically or radially extend and are provided at transitions between the lid surface and a dome. The dome is formed as a stack assistance. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a lid.

Deckel (1, 31) für Behälter, insbesondere Deckel (1, 31) für Verpackungsbehälter, wobei die Verpackungsbehälter Becher, Schalen oder dergleichen darstellen können, wobei der Deckel (1, 31) als Aufsetzdeckel, Schnappdeckel, Einsetzdeckel oder dergleichen mit einem umlaufenden, vorzugsweise nach unten gerichteten Rand (3, 35) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Deckel (1, 31) aus einem Papier oder papierähnlichem Material tiefgezogen oder in einem davon abgewandelten Prozess geformt ist, sowie Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung.
