The wound wire reel (2) has a receiving coil (4) which has a coil core (6) with cylindrical upper surface (8) and side plates (10a,10b) stand perpendicular to the coil core, where a wire winding (12) of a wire (14) has multiple layers (L1,L2,L3) arranged over one another in radial direction (R). The wire between two lying reversal points (U1,U2,U3,U4) of the layers has overlapping portions (16) that form additional transitions (Z1,Z2,Z3,Z4) between layers lying over one another. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a wound wire reel; and (2) a device for executing a manufacturing method.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine gewickelte Drahtspule (2) mit einer Aufnahmespule (4), die einen Spulenkern (6) mit zylindrischer Oberfläche (8) und dazu senkrecht stehende Seitenscheiben (10) aufweist, und einer auf dem Spulenkern (6) angeordneten Drahtwickelung (12) eines Drahtes (14), der mehrere in radialer Richtung (R) übereinander angeordnete Lagen (L1, L2, L3, L4) aufweist, wobei an den Seitenscheiben (10a, 10b) Umlenkpunkte (U1, U2, U3, U4) ausgebildet sind, an denen jeweils eine Verlegerichtung des Drahtes (14) wechselt und die dadurch jeweils einen Übergang zwischen zwei übereinander liegenden Lagen (L1, L2, L3, L4) bilden. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass der Draht (14) zwischen den zwei Umlenkpunkten (U1, U2, U3, U4) einer der Lagen (L1, L2, L3, L4) Überlappungsabschnitte (16) aufweist, die zusätzliche Übergänge (Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4) zwischen übereinander liegenden Lagen (L1, L2, L3, L4) bilden.
