Abstract (en)

The wound wire coil (2) has a take-up reel (4) having vertically side plates (10) and a coil core (6) with cylindrical surface (8). A wire winding (12) of a wire (14) on the coil core has several layers (L1,L2,L3,L4) radially arranged one above the other. Each layer has a middle moving width and forms detour dots at the side plates. The detour dots are staggered to the respectively adjacent detour dots in the circumferential direction at a transition between two superposed layers. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) method for manufacture of wound wire coil; and (2) device for manufacture of wound wire coil.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine gewickelte Drahtspule (2), die eine Aufnahmespule (4) mit einem Spulenkem (6) mit zylindrischer Oberfläche (8) und dazu senkrecht stehenden Seitenscheiben (10) sowie eine auf dem Spulenkern (6) angeordnete Drahtwickelung (12) eines Drahtes (14) aufweist, der mehrere in radialer Richtung (R) übereinander angeordnete Lagen (L1, L2, L3, L4) aufweist. Dabei definiert jede Lage (L1, L2, L3, L4) eine mittlere Verlegebreite (bV) und an den Seitenscheiben (10) sind Umlenkpunkte (U 1, U2, U3, U4) ausgebildet, an denen jeweils eine Verlegerichtung des Drahtes (14) wechselt und die dadurch jeweils einen Übergang zwischen zwei übereinander liegenden Lagen (L1, L2, L3, L4) bilden. Dabei ist vorgesehen, dass alle Umlenkpunkte (U1, U2, U3, U4) zu den jeweils benachbarten Umlenkpunkten (U1, U2, U3, U4) in Umfangsrichtung (U) versetzt angeordnet sind. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der gewickelten Drahtspule (2) sowie eine Vorrichtung (20) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.
