[origin: EP2669228A2] The wound wire coil (2) has a take-up reel (4) having vertically side plates (10) and a coil core (6) with cylindrical surface (8). A wire winding (12) of a wire (14) on the coil core has several layers (L1,L2,L3,L4) radially arranged one above the other. Each layer has a middle moving width and forms detour dots at the side plates. The detour dots are staggered to the respectively adjacent detour dots in the circumferential direction at a transition between two superposed layers. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) method for manufacture of wound wire coil; and (2) device for manufacture of wound wire coil.
