Abstract (en)
The method involves adhering pile pin (11) or pile sleeves of the base structure (10) with the pile-driven into the seabed foundation piles (12) on the seabed. The intermediate spaces (21) are formed between the foundation piles and the pole pin or pile sleeves, and filled with a hardenable filling material. The conductive connection of foundation pile is made with associated pole pin or the pile sleeve during or after insertion of the pile pin into the foundation pile. An independent claim is included for base structure of offshore installation.

Gründungsstrukturen von Offshore-Anlagen werden mit Gründungspfählen (12) auf dem Meeresboden verankert. In die Gründungspfähle (12) werden Pfahlzapfen (11) der Gründungsstruktur eingesetzt. Zum Toleranzausgleich müssen Zwischenräume (21) zwischen den Gründungspfählen (12) und den Pfahlzapfen (11) verbleiben. Diese werden mit aushärtbarem Grout-Material ausgegossen. Zusätzlich ist eine Erdung der Gründungsstruktur erforderlich durch eine leitende Verbindung der Gründungsstruktur mit dem Meeresboden. Die Erfindung sieht es vor, die leitende Verbindung der Gründungsstruktur mit den Gründungspfählen (12) in den Zwischenräumen (21) zwischen den Gründungspfählen (12) und den Pfahlzapfen (11) vorzunehmen, und zwar vorzugsweise durch an den Pfahlzapfen (11) befestigte krallenartige Elemente (22), die nach dem Einstecken des Pfahlzapfens (11) in den Gründungspfahl (12) selbsttätig einen leitenden Kontakt zu den Gründungspfählen (12) herstellen und dadurch auf einfache Weise eine zuverlässige und dauerhafte Erdung der Gründungsstruktur herbeiführen.
