[origin: WO2012104437A1] The invention relates to a bioreactor (1) for cell culture on a three-dimensional substrate, comprising: a) a culture chamber (2), the internal walls of which form a preferably-frustoconical vertical pipe having a diameter that increases regularly from the inlet of the pipe to the outlet of the pipe; and b) means (3, 4) allowing the culture medium to flow in said vertical pipe. The invention also relates to the advantageous use of these bioreactors in tissue engineering, for producing tissue grafts, in particular a bone or cartilage graft.
