Abstract (en)
[origin: GB2483525A] The connection system 1 comprises a fixing plate 2 and a locking member 3, the fixing plate having a raised central member 5, wherein the locking member is configured to co-operatively secure the central portion. The system may also comprise panels 12 each comprising a recess 13 configured to accept accept complementary fixing plate protrusions 7, 8 respectively to help secure the fixing plate to the panels. The locking member may be a strip of flexible elongate material and the fixing plate may be a strip of rigid elongate material. The system may be arranged such that the two surfaces of the locking member are adjacent to, or possibly abut, the panels. Also claimed is a method of constructing and deconstructing the panel system with panels.
