The method involves producing a perforation pattern (4) with perforation holes (104) rotating in a circumferential direction of filter cigarettes (100) by using a perforation device. Another perforation pattern (5) with perforation holes (105) is produced using another perforation device adjacent to the former perforation pattern in a peripheral zone portion of covering paper strips (9) and envelope strips (103) of filter cigarettes, where the former perforation pattern is formed in the circumferential direction of the filter cigarettes. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing filter cigarettes.
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Filterzigaretten (100), wobei die Filterzigaretten (100) jeweils von einem Umhüllungsmaterial (9, 103) umhüllt sind. Das Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass unter Verwendung einer ersten Perforationseinrichtung (17.1) ein in Umfangsrichtung der jeweiligen Filterzigaretten (100) umlaufendes erstes Perforationsmuster (4) mit Perforationslöchern (104) erzeugt wird und unter Verwendung einer zweiten Perforationseinrichtung (17.2) neben den in Umfangsrichtung der jeweiligen Filterzigaretten (100) auszubildenden oder ausgebildeten ersten Perforationsmuster (4) in wenigstens einem Umfangszonenabschnitt des Umhüllungsmaterials (9, 103) der Filterzigaretten (100) ein zweites Perforationsmuster (5) mit wenigstens einem oder mehreren Perforationslöchern (105) zusätzlich erzeugt wird. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung (2) zum Herstellen von Filterzigaretten (100), wobei die Filterzigaretten (100) jeweils von einem Umhüllungsmaterial (9, 103) umhüllt sind.
