[origin: EP2672207A2] The unit (1) has a cooling system comprising an evaporator (3) and a condenser (4) for producing cooling air (9). A storage area fan (5) conveys the air into a cooling area (14). A condenser fan (6) conveys external air to cool the condenser. A thermally-isolated flap (7) conducts storage area air (10) from an ambient air input (17) over the evaporator and the storage area fan to a cooling air output (18) in cooling system operating condition and conducts the external air from an external air input (19) over the storage area fan to the cooling air output in external air operating position.
