[origin: EP2672580A1] The head (11) has translationally crimping jaws (6, 7) independently movable with each other via two hand levers (2, 3) and a manual actuator device (19). The crimping jaws comprise an insertion position and a crimping position. The manual actuator device is formed with a stable- or self-locking insertion position and/or a crimping position. The manual actuator device is formed with a rotatable actuating element (17), a rotatable cam, a rotatable crank, a toggle lever drive and a contour transverse slider over which the crimping jaws are supported.
