Abstract (en)
The block (10) has an interior frontage (11) formed of wood particles or dense materials that are stuck and hot pressed. An external insulator support (13) is provided from wood particles that are stuck and hot pressed. Two spacers (14) are made of wood particles that are stuck and hot pressed. The spacers are arranged to mechanically connect the interior frontage and the external insulator support. A set of pins (18) is provided, and an insulation layer (15) is arranged interdependent of the external insulator support. An upright (12) made of wood particles is stuck on the interior frontage. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a load bearing wall (2) a method for forming a block.

Le bloc (10), destiné à constituer, par superposition, un mur porteur isolé, comporte : - une façade intérieure (11) en particules de bois collées et pressées à chaud, - un support d'isolant extérieur (13), en particules de bois collées et pressées à chaud, - au moins deux écarteurs (14) en particules de bois collées et pressées à chaud reliant mécaniquement la façade intérieure et le support d'isolant, - des moyens d'assemblage (18) à un bloc identique et - une couche d'isolation (15) solidaire du support d'isolant extérieur ; dans lequel au moins un des écarteurs (14) s'emboîte à l'un des éléments parmi la façade intérieure (11) et le support d'isolant extérieur (13) augmentant la rigidité du bloc. Dans des modes de réalisation, le bloc (10) comporte, en outre, une couche d'isolant (15), solidaire du support d'isolant extérieur. Dans des modes de réalisation, la façade intérieure est munie d'au moins un montant (12) formant support d'un parement intérieur et ménageant un vide technique.
