Abstract (en)
The device e.g. lower spray device (11), has elongated shaped fixed spray tables (11A, 11A, 12A, 12A) configured to be rigidly connected to a set of mounting plates (7) in a row of bearing rolls (6, 6) of a roll stand. The table includes a fluid dispensing network for routing a spray fluid toward nozzles (113) for lubricating and cooling a metal strip (2) and/or air gap of the roll stand. A connector connects the fluid-dispensing network to a fluid supply network. An attachment unit rigidly connects the tables to the mounting plates. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a multi-cylinder roll stand (2) a method for removing or inserting a spray device from/into a roll stand.

La présente invention décrit un dispositif d'arrosage (11, 11', 12, 12') destiné à la lubrification et au refroidissement de la bande (2) et/ou de l'entrefer d'une cage de laminage à cylindres multiples, ainsi qu'une méthode d'extraction/introduction dudit dispositif hors/dans ladite cage de laminage, ledit dispositif d'arrosage (11, 11', 12, 12') étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend: - une table fixe (11A, 11'A, 12A, 12'A) d'arrosage de forme allongée configurée pour être solidarisée à une pluralité de sellettes (7) d'une rangée de galets (6, 6') d'appui de ladite cage de laminage; - ladite table fixe (11A, 11'A, 12A, 12'A) comprenant un réseau de distribution (112) de fluide destiné à ladite lubrification et au refroidissement via une pluralité de buses (113), un connecteur pour la connexion dudit réseau de distribution (112) de fluide à un réseau d'amenée dudit fluide, et des moyens de fixation pour sa solidarisation auxdites sellettes (7).
