[origin: EP2677372A1] The backlash take-up timepiece wheel (10) has a primary toothing (11) on a primary pitch circle (12) that has a series of identical pairs (2) of teeth arranged consecutively with a primary constant pitch (P1) on primary pitch circle. The pitch varies between two successive teeth. A smaller pitch is smaller than the theoretical pitch for meshing with a given opposing mobile component (20). The tooth is placed on a flexible arm (43,45), and is attached to a hub (13). A primary distance (91) is measured on primary pitch circle between primary tooth (4) and secondary tooth (5) of the same pair.
