[origin: WO2012113868A1] A prefabricated floor element for a building, characterized in that it is made up of a structure comprising concrete beams (1) poured in half-caissons (2), structural floor units (3) and a pre-slab underside (4) made of light concrete connected to the half-caissons by connectors (9) comprising an upper part embedded in the beams and a bottom terminator (22) trapped within the concrete of the underside. The floor is advantageously a cellular floor and the beams are preferably post-tensioned (5, 6, 7) floor beams.
