Abstract (en)
The format part (12) has a strand guiding or strand forming scraper part (13) and a strand forming or strand guiding formed part (14). The cross section of both the scraper part and the formed part changes on the side facing the fiber material in the longitudinal direction and in the conveying direction of the strand-like fiber material. The change in cross section of the scraper part runs linearly. The change in cross section of the scraper part runs continuously from the front edge of the scraper part to the rear edge of the scraper part. Both the scraper part and the formed part is provided with a semi spherical coating on the side facing the strand.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Formatteil (12) einer Strangmaschine der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie, mit einem strangführenden und/oder strangformenden Schaberteil (13) und einem strangformenden und/oder strangführenden Formteil (14), wobei sich der Querschnitt sowohl des Schaberteils (13) als auch des Formteils (14) in Längsrichtung, also in Förderrichtung T des strangförmigen Fasermaterials, auf der dem Fasermaterial zugewandten Seite verändert, das sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass die Querschnittsveränderung mindestens des Schaberteils (13) linear verläuft. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Formateinrichtung (10) mit einem solchen Formatteil (12).
