Gargerät (11), aufweisend ein Heißluftgebläse (13) mit einem Heißluftmotor (15) und einer getaktet betreibbaren Heizung (16), wobei eine Drehrichtung des Heißluftmotors (15) umkehrbar ist, wobei das Gargerät (11) dazu eingerichtet ist, die Drehrichtung insbesondere gezielt nur während einer Ausphase (apv; ap) der Heizung (16) umzukehren.
