The housing (11) has a channel (12) that is configured as through-opening incorporated in housing wall (6) for sound and air. The position and shape of channel in housing wall are provided individually for user. A pocket (10) is fastened to housing portion by fastener. A microphone (2) is connected to housing wall by fastener and positioned in pocket. The microphone is manufactured from silicon. The housing wall is arranged with opening (4) configured as interface between microphone and channel. An independent claim is included for a method for producing housing.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Gehäuse (11) für ein Hörinstrument (1), ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gehäuses (11) für ein Hörinstrument (1), sowie ein Hörinstrument (1), das dazu ausgeführt ist, in einem Gehörgang eines Benutzers getragen zu werden. Dabei ist in dem Gehäuse (11) ein Kanal (12) angeordnet, welcher als Durchtrittsöffnung für Schall und Luft ausgeführt ist. Dieser Kanal (12) ist in die Gehäusewand (6) eingearbeitet. Durch die Integration eines derartigen Kanals (12) in die Gehäusewand (6) ist ein platzsparendes Design des Hörinstruments (1) möglich, so dass ein Mikrofon (2) fest an die Gehäusewand (6) angebracht werden kann. Bei einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltungsform sind die Form und die Lage des Kanals (12) nach einem akustischen Optimierungsprozess individuell für den Benutzer gestaltet und das Mikrofon (2) besteht aus Silizium.
