[origin: WO2012116781A1] The present invention relates to a device (100) for paying out tape to accumulate at least one stamping tape (20) upstream of a feed shaft (50), said device (100) including on the one hand two series (110, 120) of deflectors (111, 121), one of which is mounted such as to be able to move with respect to the other in such a manner as to define a tape circulation path of variable length, and on the other hand means (130) for moving the series of mobile deflectors (110) between a close-together position (I) and a far-apart position (II) as the tape advances. The invention is noteworthy in that the movement means (130) are able to move the series of mobile deflectors (110) depending on the difference in rotation speed between the feed shaft (50) that is intended to turn at variable speed and a rotary drive member (131) that is meant to turn at a constant speed substantially equal to the average rotation speed of said feed shaft (50).
