[origin: WO2012117185A1] The invention relates to a method of distributing applications in a first network destined for user terminals (TU1), comprising the downloading of an application to a user terminal via a first download server (ST1) associated with the first network, the downloaded application being stored in an entity (BD2, TD2) situated in a second network interconnected with the first network, the method comprising the prior steps of: - despatching (S2), from the first download server, of a message comprising rules relating to applications liable to be downloaded by the first download server, to a central control server (SCC), - reception, by a second download server (ST1) associated with the second network, of a download request despatched from the first download server (ST1), - sending, by the second download server (ST2), of a response message destined for the first download server (ST1), the response message comprising data allowing downloading, and - transmission (S52) of a message containing information relating to the downloading of the application, from the second download server (ST2) to the central control server (SCC).
