[origin: EP2682353A1] The spray device (5) has a base element whose underside is fixedly arranged on a top pressure vessel portion. The blocking surface, relief face and end stop are formed on the top side of the base element. A twisting head which is rotatably arranged on the upper side of the base element has an actuator (23,23') and a spray nozzle, and is rotatable between a locking position of the actuator and a release position (15) of the actuator.
