[origin: EP2682708A2] The body has a filler (7) that is introduced in the form of metal particles (8) into plastic (6). The metal particles are distributed in a homogeneous manner in the plastic. The metal particles are provided in powder form. The metal particles or metal alloys are introduced from different metals. An egg-shaped outer contour structure is arranged with a set of grooves in the body. A set of annular rotating stages is arranged in the body, where the stages are arranged in a vertical manner with regard to the outer contour. An independent claim is also included for a hand grenade.
