A binder system contains polymer, fatty alcohol hydroxybenzoate and fatty acid. An independent claim is included for powder injection molding mass, which contains binder system and metallic powder and/or ceramic powder.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Bindersystem für eine Pulverspritzgussmasse, beispielsweise eine Metall- und/oder Keramikspulverspritzgussmasse, insbesondere eine Metallpulverspritzgussmasse, welches mindestens ein Polymer und mindestens einen Hydroxybenzoesäurefettalkoholester umfasst. Um die Homogenität und Verarbeitbarkeit der Pulverspritzgussmasse zu verbessern, wird dem Bindersystem mindestens eine Fettsäure zugesetzt. Darüber hinaus betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung eine entsprechende Pulverspritzgussmasse sowie ein daraus hergestelltes Formteil.
