[origin: WO2012123118A1] The invention relates to a pre-fabricated module for living accommodation, comprising: a base (10); two left and right side façades (20, 30); a front façade (50) comprising a entrance door; a rear window façade (60); and a roof element (40). Said module is characterised in that the base, the façades and the roof element are all made of a structure comprising a layer of projected phenolic resin with embedded electrical ducting. In a particular mode of embodiment, the pre-fabricated module comprises a utility shaft (70) having its own access door on the front face and passing through said module from bottom to top, enabling the interconnection with two other modules respectively arranged beneath and above said pre-fabricated module.
