[origin: WO2012123545A1] The present invention relates to a method, a device, a computer program product, and a navigation system for determining a piece of navigation information for an object, preferably a moving object, in particular a vehicle or aircraft, on the basis of source signals (1...K) of at least two sensors, which provide information about a navigation state of the object. Source signals are received in the form of average and covariance pairs, of which at least two can be partitioned into a potentially correlated part and an uncorrelated part.
