An interdental brush device for interdental cleaning is disclosed, of the type comprising a handle (1) and at least a head (2) supporting an interdental brush (3), wherein said handle (1) and said head (2) are mutually engaged in a rotating manner according to an axis inclined by a certain angle (²) with respect to the longitudinal axis (X-X) of the handle.
