[origin: EP2687196A1] The exercising device (10) has a standing plate (12) for receiving a foot to be exercised, where the standing plate is divided into a fixed portion placed on a bottom and into a movable portion with respect to the fixed portion. The fixed portion is acted with an elastic return force in the direction away from the bottom, and is pivoted in the direction towards the bottom about a pivot axis by foot pressure. The movable portion of the standing plate is hinged on the fixed portion of the standing plate.
