Abstract (en)
The protection unit (1) has a deformation pipe (23) clamped between an end region (22a) of a clamping sleeve (22) and an end region (21a) of a guide sleeve (21). A connection between another end region (22b) of the clamping sleeve and the end region of the guide sleeve when exceeding a defined critical impact force introduced over a bumper plate (12) into the protection unit. The clamping sleeve together with the deformation pipe is displaced under simultaneous plastic deformation of the deformation pipe relative to the guide sleeve in a direction to the guide sleeve.
Abstract (de)
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Stoßsicherung (1), welche einen Pufferstößel (10) mit einer Stößelhülse (11) und einem Pufferteller (12) sowie ein Puffergehäuse (20) aufweist. In dem Puffergehäuse (20) ist ein Endbereich (11b) der Stößelhülse (11) teleskopartig aufgenommen. Das Puffergehäuse (20) weist eine Führungshülse (21), eine Spannhülse (22) sowie ein destruktiv ausgebildetes Energieverzehrelement, insbesondere in Gestalt eines Verformungsrohres (23) auf. Bei Überschreiten einer über den Pufferteller (12) in die Stoßsicherung (1) eingeleiteten vorab festlegbaren kritischen Stoßkraft wird eine Verbindung zwischen der Spannhülse (22) und der Führungshülse (21) gelöst, infolgedessen die Spannhülse (22) zusammen mit dem Energieverzehrelement unter gleichzeitiger plastischer Verformung des Energieverzehrelements relativ zu der Führungshülse (21) in Richtung Führungshülse (21) verschoben wird.
