Abstract (en)
The compressor (2) has a cooling water flowpath (4) that opens in a thermostat valve (12) at an output-side of the compressor. An output (16) is connected with a return flow line (20), which opens into the cooling water flowpath upstream to the compressor. Another output (18) is connected with a cooling water outlet (24). A movable valve body switches a flowpath between the outputs depending on temperature. The valve body is made of metal and sealed against a valve seat when closing the former output by a disk-shaped resilient sealing element.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen wassergekühlten Kolbenkompressor (2) mit zumindest einem Kühlwasser-Strömungsweg (4), welcher ausgangseitig des Kompressors (2) in einem Thermostatventil (12) mündet, welches mit einem ersten Ausgang (16) mit einer Rückflussleitung (20), welche stromaufwärts des Kompressors (2) in den Kühlwasser-Strömungsweg (4) mündet, und mit einem zweiten Ausgang (18) mit einem Kühlwasserauslass (24) verbunden ist, und welches einen beweglichen Ventilkörper (28) aufweist, welcher temperaturabhängig einen Strömungsweg zwischen dem ersten (16) und dem zweiten Ausgang (18) umschaltet, wobei der Ventilkörper (28) beim Verschließen des ersten Ausgangs (16) über ein erstes elastisches Dichtelement (42) gegen einen ersten Ventilsitz (38) abgedichtet ist.
