[origin: WO2012127137A1] Good-grip winch (1) comprising at least one supporting structure (2), a pulley (3) mounted on said supporting structure (2), said pulley (3) comprising an axle (4) and a wheel (5) equipped with an external peripheral groove (6) to accept a cable, means (7) of driving the rotation of said wheel (5) and means (15) for keeping the cable in the groove (6) of the wheel (5) by pressing on it. The axle (4), known as the dynamometric axle, about which the wheel (5) of the pulley (3) is mounted to rotate, is equipped with means (11) for measuring at least one parameter indicative of the forces or loads, at least the radial ones, applied to said axle (4), and the winch (1) comprises a monitoring unit (12) equipped with processing means (13) and with means (14) for emitting a warning signal and/or for commanding the means (7) that drive the rotation of the wheel (5) of the pulley (3) according to said at least one measured parameter.
