Abstract (en)
The spring (1) has a stopping unit (11) and a complementary stopping unit (12) quincuncial staggered with respect to each other. The stopping unit and the complementary stopping unit are arranged to define different maximum angular travel values to gradually limit the amplitude of pivoting between two ends (3, 4) of the spring during angular or radial accelerations of the spring such that the stopping unit and the complementary stopping unit are attached with an abutment to gradually modify the resulting rigidity of the spring by deactivating or reactivating of the coils. An independent claim is also included for a timepiece movement unit.

Spiral (1) avec une première (3) et une deuxième (4) extrémités, comportant deux couples de spires (50) chacun composé de spires voisines(51 ; 52) comportant respectivement des moyens d'arrêt (11) et des moyens d'arrêt complémentaires (12) en quinconce définissant ensemble une course angulaire maximale (CA) relative desdites spires lors de leur couplage local lors d'accélérations dudit spiral (1) supérieures à des valeurs de consigne, pour limiter le nombre de spires actives. Lesdits couples de spires (50) définissent des valeurs de course angulaire (CA) différentes, pour limiter de façon progressive l'amplitude de pivotement entre lesdites extrémités (3 ; 4) lors de dites accélérations supérieures auxdites valeurs de consigne, un desdits couples (50) coopérant en butée avant l'autre, pour modifier progressivement la rigidité résultante dudit spiral (1), par désactivation ou réactivation successive de ses spires (5).
