According to the invention, in order to increase the flexibility of the heating device, the control unit (34) is designed to operate heat frequency units (30, 32) in an operating mode in which said units are connected by means of the induction heating units (20, 22, 24, 26), in different operational sections (90, 91, 92, 93).
