The present invention relates to a ventilation unit formed by a body-unit (1) provided with an air inlet opening (3) at one end and with an air outlet opening (4) at the other end, an air driving propeller (2) being located therein, there being included between the air driving propeller and the air inlet opening (3), which is shifted outwards, a tubular silencer (5), which establishes an air passage conduit having a smaller diameter than the air inlet opening (3).
