[origin: WO2012131100A1] The invention relates to a method for producing a metallic component (10) configured and designed especially for a turbomachine (100), wherein a), for a precision casting process, a wax model (20) with a wax structure (21) is produced, b) subsequently, the top (23) of the wax structure (21) is thermally and/or mechanically treated such that a region with an undercut (22) is formed on the wax structure (21), c) subsequently, the metallic component (10) is produced from the wax model (20) in the precision casting process, wherein on a surface of the component (10) there is formed a component structural element (11) with an undercut (12), d) the component structural element (11) is provided at least partially with a ceramic coating (2), a plastic-containing coating (6, 7), in particular a fiber composite layer and/or a plastic component. The invention also relates to a component that can be produced by means of said method, and to uses in turbomachines.
