Abstract (en)
The bed (1) has an adjusting device for adjusting height of a bed frame relative to a frame (2) and including a deformable brace (3) provided with a front bar. Support and indexing surfaces are adapted to cooperate with a rear part (7) and a front part (6) of the bed frame. Pawns (24) are fixed in an upper part of the bar and arranged with a slide unit of the front part. The front part comprises an assembly finger. An upper end of the bar includes an arm (19) that is provided with a notch and a secondary support surface adapted to cooperate with the finger of the front part. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a hospital bed.

Lit ( 1 ) médicalisé comprenant un bâti ( 2 ), un sommier séparé en deux parties, à savoir une partie ( 7 ) arrière et une partie ( 6 ) avant munie d'au moins une glissière , un dispositif de réglage de la hauteur du sommier par rapport au bâti ( 2 ), ce dispositif comprenant un croisillon ( 3 ) déformable muni d'une barre avant et d'une barre ( 12 ) arrière mutuellement articulées, des pions ( 24 ) fixés en partie supérieure de la barre ( 11 ) avant, aptes à coopérer avec la glissière de la partie ( 6 ) avant du sommier, la partie ( 6 ) avant du sommier comportant au moins un doigt ( 20 ) de montage et la barre avant comprenant à ses extrémités supérieures un bras ( 19 ) munie d'une encoche et d'une surface secondaire d'appui aptes à coopérer avec le doigt de montage du sommier.
