The board (4) has two side faces connected to parallel surfaces that lie in blocked state of the board parallel to a build-side substrate (2). One side surface of the board is coated with flame retardant material, and a containing coating (5) is immediately applied all-over the side face. The containing coating comprises color based on silicate or organic base, the flame retardants and an organic and/or an inorganic binder. The side surface comprises a profile designed as groove or a spring. The coating comprises aluminum hydroxide, blowing graphite and/or flame retardants such as metal hydroxides, alkali metal silicates and hydrates of metal salts or oxides.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wärmedämmplatte für ein Wärmedämmsystem, insbesondere ein Wärmedämmverbundsystem, mit zwei über Seitenflächen verbundenen, parallelen Oberflächen, die im verbauten Zustand der Wärmedämmplatte (4) im Wesentlichen parallel zu einem bauseitigen Untergrund (2) zu liegen kommen. Erfindungsgemäß ist wenigstens eine Seitenfläche der Wärmedämmplatte (4) mit einer Flammschutzmittel enthaltenden Beschichtung (5) versehen ist, die unmittelbar und vollflächig auf der Seitenfläche aufgebracht ist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Wärmedämmsystem, insbesondere ein Wärmedämmverbundsystem, mit wenigstens einer erfindungsgemäßen Wärmedämmplatte (4).
