[origin: WO2012140379A1] The invention relates to a boat (1), for example a yacht, comprising a hull (3), at least one keel (4) and at least one system for folding down the keel and designed to pivot said keel about a first rotation axis (XI) defined in a transverse direction on the boat and to pivot at least a part (6) of said keel about a second rotation axis (X2) defined in a longitudinal direction on the boat, so as to move the keel from a defined position in a more or less vertical and more or less longitudinal plane (P) on the boat to a flat position in the lengthwise direction under the hull, and vice versa.
