[origin: WO2012140683A1] A lighting device (100) of the suspended type comprises a substantially rigid hollow conductive body (1) of elongate shape, means (5) for supporting the hollow conductive body from a wall and/or a ceiling, an insulated wire conductor (2) positioned inside said hollow conductive body and at least one lamp holder body (3) provided with at least one very low voltage lighting element (4). The hollow conductive body (1) is provided with a plurality of apertures (11) through which said wire conductor (2) is made accessible and the lamp holder body (3) is provided with connection means (30) which comprise a conducting portion (31), electrically connected to a first phase of said lighting element and to the hollow elongate body, and an insulating portion (33) that faces one of the apertures. The insulating portion is provided with a seat (34') communicating with said aperture (11) inside which a conductive pin (32) is housed connected to a second phase of said lighting element, one end (32') of which is inserted in the aperture and maintained in contact with the wire conductor (2) via appropriate pushing means (6).
