[origin: WO2012141592A1] Device (2), system and uses for lowering/elevation of at least one electrically powered object, comprising a housing (6) with: - a first point of connection (24) for receipt of electric power; - a connection line (44) with a first end (42) structured in a manner allowing it to be conducted through a lower opening (46) in the housing (6) and also to be attached to the object; - a first and a second connector part structured in a manner allowing them to be connected, wherein the first connector part is connected to the first point of connection (24), whereas the second connector part is attached to the first end (42) of the connection line (44) for connection to the object; - a driving wheel (6'2) connected to the connection line (44); - a rotary motor (66) connected to the driving wheel (62); - an electronic control unit (110) for operational control of the rotary motor (66); and - an energy supply for the rotary motor (66) and the control unit (110). The distinctive characteristic is that the connection line is comprised of a chain (44); wherein the driving wheel is comprised of a chain wheel (62); and wherein the housing (6) comprises a storage place (100) for free- lying storage of the chain (44).
