The container (10) has a base portion (14) provided with a removal opening (24) which is locked by a transparent flip cover (50). The base portion for packing the commodity is made of plastic material and is formed in pot shape, can shape or tub shape. The flip cover is linked at a collar portion (44) in a swingable manner. The flip cover is rotated around an edge (26) of the removal opening. A latch element is fastened at the opening edge in releasable manner. The flip cover is made of polymethyl methacrylate or polycarbonate material.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter (10) zur Aufbewahrung, Darbietung und Entnahme von loser Ware, insbesondere Süßwaren, in einem Verkaufsstand (12), mit einem Behälterunterteil (14), das eine durch einen transparenten Klappdeckel (50) verschließbare Entnahmeöffnung (24) aufweist. Damit ein Luftzutritt zur losen Ware mit geringem Aufwand verhindert und trotzdem eine ansprechende Präsentation und eine einfache Entnahme der losen Ware ermöglicht wird, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass das Behälterunterteil (14) aus einem topf- oder wannenförmigen Unterteil (14) einer dosenartigen Kunststoff-Einwegverpackung der Ware besteht und dass der Klappdeckel (50) schwenkbar an einem Kragen (44) angelenkt ist, der unterhalb vom Klappdeckel (50) um einen Öffnungsrand (26) der Entnahmeöffnung (24) umläuft und Mittel (92, 98) zur lösbaren Befestigung am Öffnungsrand (26) aufweist.
