[origin: CA2833798A1] The present invention relates to a system for assisting the movements of a user's foot, said foot being able to be received in a footwear part of which the front end is pivotably mounted relative to a gliding board or to a step support, the system comprising a spring (1) which can be secured to the gliding board or to the step support so as to be applied to a bearing zone (34) of the footwear part by exerting a pressure on said bearing zone (34) when the bearing zone (34) is moved closer to the gliding board or the step support, characterized in that it comprises a fixing device (2) which can be removed from the spring (1), the fixing device (2) being fixable to a fixing zone (32) of the gliding board or step support.
